Limited License: When you purchase a course, we grant you a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions: You may not share your login credentials, copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content. Screen-grabbing or downloading videos for distribution is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

SECTION 4 – Account Security

SECTION 5 – Order Placement & Payment

Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Payment Plans: If you choose the 3-installment payment plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your card on the scheduled dates. Failure to complete all payments will result in the suspension of course access.

SECTION 6 – Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.

7-Day Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for The Styling Course. If the course is not the right fit, you must email hello@frederiquebros.com within seven (7) days of your initial purchase to request a full refund.
Final Sale: Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, no refunds will be issued after the 7-day window has passed.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

SECTION 7 – Fair Usage & Conduct

We maintain a community of positivity and respect. We reserve the right to remove any student from the course or private community spaces, without a refund, if they are found to be:

Abusive or disrespectful to staff or fellow students.
Engaging in illegal or unethical activity.
Attempting to "scrape" or steal intellectual property.

If a resolution cannot be reached within 120 days, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the business is registered.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of the course.
